I worked with Brett to sell my first home. I had met with 3 other Realtors when trying to find the right fit. He was the only realtor I spoke with that took the time to explain the entire process, gave honest feedback, and did not seem to be just looking for a sale. He took the time to explain all the options and the good and bad of each, as I was also considering renting due to the short time I owned the house. With being the first time selling, I didn't know much of what to ask or what I should know, and he ensured I understood what was going to happen and the process.. Brett was very engaged, and made my first sale a great experience. I highly recommend taking the time to speak with him if you are considering buying or selling a home.
