I am an out of town seller with (4) problem properties that I needed to sell. From day one, Brett quickly separated himself from the others with his problem solving abilities. Results came rapidly as a result. Three homes sold rather quickly. This particular market isn't known to produce fast results. Brett was great. Whenever I found a house I wanted to see, he made the appointment same day and picked me up at my workplace on my lunch break. He also found houses I might not have chosen to help me keep all my options open. He went on tours and let me know if he thought I would like one of the houses. He was almost as excited as I was when I found a house and went through the purchase process. He made sure everything was done right and took the stress off of me. I would highly recommend him as a realtor.

I would give 6 stars if possible. Brett has helped us step by step through the home buying process and treated us as though we were his top priority the entire time. Working with Brett greatly reduced our stress levels as first time buyers AND helped us have more time to spend with our family.
