Brett was great. Whenever I found a house I wanted to see, he made the appointment same day and picked me up at my workplace on my lunch break. He also found houses I might not have chosen to help me keep all my options open. He went on tours and let me know if he thought I would like one of the houses. He was almost as excited as I was when I found a house and went through the purchase process. He made sure everything was done right and took the stress off of me. I would highly recommend him as a realtor.

I worked with Brett to sell my first home. I had met with 3 other Realtors when trying to find the right fit. He was the only realtor I spoke with that took the time to explain the entire process, gave honest feedback, and did not seem to be just looking for a sale. He took the time to explain all the options and the good and bad of each, as I was also considering renting due to the short time I owned the house.
